On the top floor of a 1882 cast-iron warehouse, The Foundry Loft was reimagined by Studio MDA in 2020 around three private skylights and the building's original yellow-pine timber beams. Three bedrooms, three baths, and 3,850 square feet open to a 1,200-square-foot wraparound terrace with skyline views to the north and east. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, gym, and resident's lounge.
