An 1854 Greek Revival townhouse on a hushed brownstone block. Five storeys of restored detail with a hidden garden.
A rare survivor of the original Greek Revival cohort, this five-storey townhouse retains its parlour-floor mouldings, hand-carved newel post, and four working marble fireplaces. The kitchen was reimagined in 2022 with Calacatta Vagli surfaces, a la Cornue range, and a south-facing breakfast wing that opens to the most discreet of city gardens. A roof deck offers Manhattan views over the brownstones.
